As a hands-on Senior Associate Analytics, you will build analytical frameworks optimizing rep counts, territory design, and commercial ROI across brands and markets.
You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales Leadership, and Insights teams to deliver clear visualizations, business-ready presentations, and support marketing mix modeling in pharma contexts.

Must-have
Tableau and Power BI dashboard development
SQL and Python programming skills
Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) expertise
Field force and territory analytics
Data visualization and storytelling
Data pipeline and Dataiku experience
Nice-to-have
Machine learning and AI techniques
Cross-functional collaboration
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with distributed systems like Hadoop
Knowledge of Bayesian regression models

Key Requirements
2–4 years in Commercial Pharma or Sales/Marketing analytics
Bachelor’s or Master’s in quantitative field
Experience with field force/territory analytics and MMM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
