The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
This role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Admission/Discharge CSR.
The incumbent must coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission according to regulatory time frames.
