Job Summary
The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for selling new homes in Pulte's conventional communities, promoting Pulte Mortgage, managing and coordinating Sales Trainees and Hostesses, and implementing and maintaining sales policy & procedure.
This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week in the Boston, Massachusetts area, including all non-exempt holidays and weekends.

Salary
Training: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour; Selling Sales Manager: $85,000 annual draw + commissions; Anticipated range: $85,000 - $200,000 per year
