Must-have
Electronic and electro-mechanical assembly
Soldering and de-soldering SMT components
Use of hand and small power tools
Interpretation of schematics and wiring diagrams
Testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies
Use of multimeters and oscilloscopes

Experience with Linux operating systems
Microcontroller programming knowledge
Serial communications protocols experience
Ability to provide basic training to others

Key Requirements
Bachelors or Associates degree or Vocational/Technical Certification
Minimum 10 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination
Experience in welding highly preferred
Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with PC Board electronics assembly
Familiarity with serial communications RS-232, RS-422/485
Understanding of 4-20 mA and voltage signal devices
