As an AI/ML Engineer on the Workday Adaptive Planning team, you’ll help redefine how financial planning is done at scale—by designing and building intelligent, agentic workflows that power the next generation of FP&A solutions.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $171,600 USD - $257,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $163,000 USD - $288,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements
4+ years experience data science, ML, or related software development
4+ years experience shipping secure, production solutions with Python
4+ years experience with Java
5+ years experience in SaaS software development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
Extensive experience with LLMs, RAG, semantic search, text embeddings, transformer networks
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and data engineering pipelines
