Job Summary

• Ensure correct, timely, and compliant execution of all payroll processes for Sandvik Chile, guaranteeing accuracy in calculations, proper documentation, legal compliance, and efficient, confidential management of salary and benefits information.
• Process the complete payroll for the organization accurately and within established deadlines, resolving employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, benefits, taxes, and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with Technology areas to implement improvements, automations, and new processes, driving continuous improvement and operational optimization of the area.
