  • As a Technical Specialist, you will independently manage a caseload of Northland physical damage claims and provide guidance to Claim Reps and Trainees.

Base: $85,600.00 - $141,200.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive awards; Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, PTO, wellness, and volunteer programs

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years liability claim handling or comparable litigation experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Five years insurance claims experience preferred
  • Insurance License(s) acquisition within three months
  • Experience with commercial trucking physical damage claims
