Must-have

  • 10+ years software engineering or AI/ML experience
  • Deep expertise in LLM applications and agent orchestration
  • Proven experience shipping AI products to non-technical users
  • Experience leading engineering teams with 5+ direct reports
  • Strong product sense translating technical capabilities to value
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure preferred
  • GitHub CI/CD and GitOps best practices

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in media agencies or adtech environments
  • Background working with Databricks Genie and Unity Catalog
  • Experience designing conversational AI or copilot-style products
