Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Develop new test methods, including tooling and fixtures, and perform testing and validation using statistical analysis software like Minitab.
Support regulatory inspections, lead continuous improvement projects, and ensure compliance at all stages of the product development process (PDP).
