  • SRAM and ROM memory design
  • CMOS memory development
  • Circuit design, simulation, margining
  • Functional simulations and statistical analysis
  • Bit cell verification and physical layout
  • EDA tools for schematic design & simulations

Nice-to-have

  • Innovative ideas for design problems
  • Work within a dynamic interdisciplinary environment
  • State-of-the-art memory or analog design flows
  • Programming for design flow automation

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12-15 years Work/Industry experience
  • Bachelors/Master in Electrical (VLSI, Microelectronics)
  • Proficient knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Synopsys)
  • Experience in SRAM Memory designs
  • Experience in timing characterization
  • Verilog is desirable
  • General analog mixed-signal design concepts is desirable
