The role involves supervising technical staff, managing vendor performance, preparing budgets, and acting as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements
7–12 years facility/technical services management experience
Experience managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, lifts, fire safety, and BMS
Hands-on vendor management and AMC coordination
Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives
Strong technical knowledge of building engineering systems
Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS and MS Office
Good understanding of local statutory and safety regulations
