This role serves as a senior hands-on platform owner responsible for the enterprise-scale administration, governance, and security of Box, Miro, and Slack collaboration platforms.
The position requires defining and enforcing collaboration governance frameworks while leading integrations with Entra ID, Okta, M365, Jira, and various security tools like CASB and SIEM.
Candidates will drive operational excellence through L3/L4 support, incident management, and vendor coordination while fostering enterprise adoption via enablement and best practices.
