Lead quality assurance and process improvement for system software development, primarily for next-generation lighting systems targeting major domestic and global automotive OEMs.
Conduct capability assessments based on process models evaluating both quality and capability of development projects, and drive continuous improvement.
Build and enhance integrated development process frameworks to meet emerging standards such as functional safety and cybersecurity.
