As a Patient Service Specialist, your responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and visitors, from the moment they enter to the time they return home.
This position provides a strong foundation to advance in your career within various departments at the Cleveland Clinic.
You must be able to float between all Children's Institute locations, including: Middleburg Heights, Cuyahoga Falls, Westlake, Beachwood and Medina as needed.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience
Associate’s Degree and one year of experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution experience
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Typing 30 WPM or demonstrable PC keyboard skills (preferred)
