The position is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment.
Responsibilities include actioning cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and storeroom, general pantry duties, and assisting in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team.
