The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
