Job Summary
Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house while making sure that food is cooked in correct order, efficiently and presented correctly to guest.
Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen.
Leads the food runners and coordinates accurate delivery of orders, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained and items are accurately delivered.
