  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor Aftersales business plans for assigned Dealerships/Distributors, applying retail-focused actions to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage key Aftersales business aspects including parts sales, BDC centers, geographic and digital coverage, NPS, customer satisfaction, service and collision productivity, retention campaigns, and compliance with General Motors standards.
