Key Requirements

Proficiency in process analysis and optimization techniques
Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with business analysis documentation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
