Job Summary

  • This role provides essential skills, experience, and exposure to various aspects of clients management, financial analysis, product knowledge and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare, process, and complete all documents for onboarding new clients and opening accounts for investment products, as well as administrative work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Consultants and clients by delivering exceptional services and assisting in servicing and analyzing financial products.

Key Requirements

  • Obtain IC Licenses (P1, P2, P3) within probation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized
  • Able to manage workload under pressure
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of PC and Microsoft applications
