Job Summary

• The Clinical Provider (CLC) is responsible for providing direct lactation consultation services via secure virtual platforms to prenatal and postpartum women in accordance with SimpliFed's evidence-based maternal health program guidelines.
• Providers will be required to engage in telehealth, virtual video, face-to-face appointments with patients to provide care and assist patients with their personal goals and those goals prescribed by their health care team(s).
• The role of the SimpliFed Clinical Provider (CLC) will conduct professional services consultations with patients via telehealth.
