Job Summary
This Social Worker position will be responsible for the provision of social work services within two-three residential units serving adults with IDD.
The Social Worker is an integral part of the treatment team, who has the lead responsibility in the facilitation of admissions, transitions, discharges, and guardianship petitions.
Caswell Developmental Center provides specialized residential, programmatic, and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in social work or Bachelor’s degree in social work and one year of experience
Master’s degree in a human services field and one year of experience
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Degree in Social Work required for ICF
Four year or higher degree from an accredited school of social work
