Job Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department including operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor a maintenance program to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all staff and guests, and serve as Safety Committee Chairperson.

• Minimum two years hotel maintenance engineer experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment
• Working knowledge of health, plumbing, electrical, architectural, and structural codes
