Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established procedures.
  • This role requires you to ensure that a sufficient number of licensed practical and/or registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are available to maintain quality care and meet daily nursing care needs of each resident.

Key Requirements
