Base: $100,000 - $115,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards available; Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, mental health care, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years experience in SaaS business systems
Proficiency in Python or Node.js
Hands-on GenAI and LLM API experience
Experience with Workato or Zapier orchestration
Knowledge of RAG pipelines and prompt engineering
Nice-to-have
Strong business acumen for operational inefficiencies
Ability to present prototypes and gather feedback
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday
Self-starter capable of owning initiatives end-to-end
Key Requirements
