Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent physical activity including lifting up to 25 pounds, assisting with resident movement, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the shift.
