  • The Senior Portfolio Manager, CRE will assist and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate credits/relationships in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Provide accurate financial analysis, profitability, and risk assessment to make lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans for various asset types.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years’ commercial real estate credit experience
  • Formal bank credit training preferred
  • Experience with cash flow modeling
  • Experience with lease abstracting
  • Experience with financial statement analysis
