Job Summary

  • Responsible for sales capability diagnosis, training program design, and execution for new product launches to ensure sales teams achieve rapid, quantifiable onboarding capabilities.
  • As a core member of the launch team, collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and supply chain to gather product information and identify sales team knowledge, skill, attitude, and behavior gaps.
  • Design end-to-end new product launch training programs, including assessment mechanisms, and work with digital/LMS teams to facilitate online course deployment and learning data tracking.
