Job Summary
Responsible for sales capability diagnosis, training program design, and execution for new product launches to ensure sales teams achieve rapid, quantifiable onboarding capabilities.
As a core member of the launch team, collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and supply chain to gather product information and identify sales team knowledge, skill, attitude, and behavior gaps.
Design end-to-end new product launch training programs, including assessment mechanisms, and work with digital/LMS teams to facilitate online course deployment and learning data tracking.
