Job Summary

  • The Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and employee‑focused benefits support.
  • This position is responsible for administering health and welfare benefit programs, serving as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex employee inquiries, and creating clear, engaging benefits‑related communications for internal employee engagement platforms.
