Job Summary
This is a high-impact 13.5 month parental leave cover role where you’ll step straight into meaningful work, leading real change and owning Nando’s marketing growth agenda across ANZ.
You’ll lead the talented Growth Marketing function with 2 direct reports, working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Loyalty and Brand teams to turn strategy into sales, frequency and love for the brand.
The role offers flexible working arrangements including part-time, 9-day fortnights or condensed schedules, with a hybrid work model between the Richmond Restaurant Support office and home.
