Job Summary

  • This is a high-impact 13.5 month parental leave cover role where you’ll step straight into meaningful work, leading real change and owning Nando’s marketing growth agenda across ANZ.
  • You’ll lead the talented Growth Marketing function with 2 direct reports, working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Loyalty and Brand teams to turn strategy into sales, frequency and love for the brand.
  • The role offers flexible working arrangements including part-time, 9-day fortnights or condensed schedules, with a hybrid work model between the Richmond Restaurant Support office and home.
