Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience
  • significant HR Business Partner experience
  • experience in a senior advisory role
  • proven experience partnering with senior leaders
  • demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred
  • Exposure to/ experience with M&A preferred
