Responsibilities: Work with the R&D team on quality planning from the early stage of product development. Manage overall quality activities across the Business Unit, including product development, customer requirements, sales support, inventory, and product transition. Set quality goals for the BU and support departments in achieving them. Build and improve quality systems, project development processes, and IPD processes. Identify project risks, monitor product quality performance, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Handle customer complaints, major quality issues, and product quality problems, ensuring proper follow-up and closure. Monitor project process compliance and lead technical review assessments. Use data analysis to identify problems and improve processes continuously. Organize stage review meetings during the R&D phase. Conduct process training and strengthen team quality capabilities. Promote quality awareness and a strong quality culture across the BU. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in quality-related roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in R&D quality is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in quality-related work, preferably in R&D quality. Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools such as 8D, QC tools, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, and QCC. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Able to work well under pressure. Familiar with hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanical development processes. Knowledge of IPD processes; experience in setting up or implementing IPD is an advantage. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
