Your day-to-day will be spent on the shop floor, where you'll lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals by fostering a culture of passion and positivity.
Responsibilities include driving sales through coaching, ensuring a world-class customer experience, educating customers on brand values, training and coaching team members, and maintaining operational excellence in cash handling, merchandising, and inventory.
