This position requires the candidate to provide back-up administrative coverage including answering phones and assisting with patient arrival processes.
The role involves a required float between Ronald Reagan UCLA and Santa Monica UCLA Labor and Delivery units based on census needs.

Must-have
1 year of Surgical Tech experience
Graduation from accredited Surgical Tech Program
Active BLS certification required
Working knowledge of aseptic technique
Ability to float between hospital units
Nice-to-have
Previous OBGYN surgery experience preferred
Previous trauma surgery experience preferred
Self-motivated professional attitude
Experience with electronic health records
Ability to handle heavy carts safely
Key Requirements
Graduation from accredited Surgical Tech Program
Surgical Tech certification required
BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA
1 year of experience as Surgical Tech
