Job Summary
The Distribution Manager manages all aspects of the warehouse and distribution operation within the Quality Control Center (QCC) to ensure adherence to all quality assurance programs, meets plant productivity goals, develops leadership skills in self and direct report team, while creating a safe working environment according to PJFS standards.
This position ensures excellence in customer service through product availability, accurate loads within specified delivery/dispatch windows to Papa John's restaurants.
Manage departmental budget, including all metric performance and payroll and manage the overall leadership in safety awareness and performance in the department and throughout the QCC.
