  • Champion a safety-first culture across all distribution locations, ensuring adherence to EHS standards and safe work practices, and ensuring global compliance with internal quality procedures and external regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop distribution leaders, supervisors, and teams across the global network, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience
  • Minimum 8 years in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain
  • Leading multi-site or regional/global operations
  • Significant people leadership responsibility
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience desired
  • 10+ years in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain desired
  • 5+ years leading multi-site or regional/global operations desired
  • Access to U.S. export-controlled information
