Lead and manage all civil construction activities for high-voltage substation projects in the Netherlands for key clients such as TenneT and Enexis.
The Civil Site Manager will ensure technical quality, schedule compliance, and cost control, while progressively developing direct relationships with local subcontractors in order to optimize the supply chain and reduce reliance on intermediary contractors.

Key Requirements
