  • Ensure excellent customer service by meeting their needs and requirements to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organization.
  • Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other collaborators in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations by performing assigned functions to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
