The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information using authorized abbreviations, reporting changes in resident condition, and assisting residents with daily functions.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, reporting accidents and incidents, and performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
