The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading groups and supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Clinical Director.
This role involves ensuring the schedule/program is consistently delivered, clients are supervised, safety is maintained, and clients and families are treated with respect and dignity.
The position requires assisting therapists and other providers with daily program delivery and completing daily clinical documentation.
