Key Requirements
Engineering degree in electrical power systems or electrical engineering
10+ years experience in interconnection and transmission planning
Hands-on experience with BESS and inverter-based resources
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and contractors
Experience with ERCOT, SPP, MISO, WECC, and SERC interconnection processes
FERC knowledge and experience
Ability to negotiate Generator Interconnection Agreements
