Job Summary
Carry out procedures to ensure that all applications under test (AUT) meet organizational standards and end-user requirements, thoroughly testing software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
Develops, administers, evaluates and recommends requirements to design in-depth testing strategies for internal/external clients, promoting and implementing best practice advice on design processes aimed at increased efficiency, performance and reliability.
Provides expertise and advice on the creation of test/defect reports and uses experience to follow all intricate defects through to resolution and closure, while also reviewing and mentoring a limited number of team members' work product.
