You will act as a trusted advisor to senior technical leaders, covering data strategy, AI capabilities, and Salesforce platform architecture.
The position requires mentoring pre-sales colleagues on the technical intricacies of Data Cloud and Agentforce while serving as a thought leader on hyper-automation.

Must-have
Deep expertise in machine learning and cloud architecture
Strong foundation in data architecture principles including ETL/ELT
Experience running successful technical POCs for complex AI solutions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Fluency in English and German or French
Nice-to-have
Direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce
Knowledge of Large Language Models and generative AI architectures
Salesforce Certified Architect credential or relevant cloud certifications
Experience with data privacy and compliance requirements
