Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of facility operations and environmental services within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain life safety programs, including emergency preparedness plans, and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable CDPH regulations and life safety codes.
Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team, create and manage staff schedules, and collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams to support facility goals.
