Job Summary

  • The Principal Solution Architect, Technical Lead will contribute to the life cycle of digital software applications that monitors and controls Organ Care System (OCS™) that preserve donated hearts, lungs, livers, and other organs.
  • This position is responsible for eliciting software requirements, developing end-to-end cloud-based solution architecture, performing software safety risk analysis, and contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of applications.
  • TransMedics is excited to announce our plan to relocate our headquarters (HQ) to Somerville, MA by 2028, designed to support collaboration, creativity, and discovery.

Key Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 2-3 years focused on SaMD or SiMD development
  • AWS cloud experience
  • Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
