  • Collaborate with business unit leadership to develop a plan and execution strategy for improving the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity (SQDIP) performance of the assigned Value Streams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 5+ years manufacturing leadership
  • AAS degree with 7+ years relevant experience
  • High School diploma with 10 years relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting and financial practices
  • Experience reading blueprints, work instructions, and procedures
  • Familiarity with Lean tools
  • Requires US citizenship, legal permanent resident status, or export authorization
