Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with exercise and mobility
Perform transfers and range of motion exercises
Maintain resident personal hygiene and skin care
Complete charting of care activities
Report changes in condition to nursing staff
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Serve in maintenance capacity for therapists
Experience with PCC preferred
Ability to solve practical problems effectively
Key Requirements
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
