Responsibilities in the satellite will include inventory management, medication dispensing and distribution throughout the Jim Ayers Tower, and IV compounding.
The satellite will open officially in the summer of 2026 and until it opens the Certified Pharmacy Technician will help support these care areas and other patient care units across Vanderbilt University Hospital from the VUH Inpatient Central Pharmacy.
