Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years progressive cloud engineering experience
  • Proven executive leadership in SRE and platform reliability
  • Deep expertise in cloud architecture strategy and governance
  • Experience serving as Product Manager for FinOps or SecOps
  • Establishing and managing governance and compliance frameworks
  • Designing metrics and reporting frameworks for platform health

Nice-to-have

  • Experience operating in production change control processes
  • Familiarity with GRC tooling like ServiceNow or Archer
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification or higher
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification
  • Experience in highly regulated industries like financial services

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in cloud engineering
  • At least 5 years in senior engineering leadership
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification strongly desired
