Job Summary
As our specialty referral coordinator, you’ll be the vital link connecting our referring partners with our internal medical teams.
Working closely with our community outreach manager, you’ll help optimize referral workflows, follow up on cases, and provide support across our specialty services.
This is a full time role with four 10 hour shifts per week, with competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and pet care discounts.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital, referral coordination, or client service role
preferably with some specialty technician experience
